Great value: for our stay the room was comfy and clean, and the hotel was quiet. It's located a walking distance from the Hauptbahnhof and around the corner is the Treresienwiese U-station. Couple of little kiosks are also almost next to the hotel and a lot of diffenrent kind of restaurants in a kilometer's radius of it. Nearest supermarket is couple of blocks away. We had a morning flight in and as it happened we got to check-in when arriving to the hotel. That was of course the best surprise. At the reception everyone was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were kept daily even we left out and about not early in the morning. Beds were quite firm, I personally didn't care fot the feather pillow, but didn't mind either. Room really was quiet and peaceful, and windows soundproofed. This was our experience eventhough there was a building renovation site next to the hotel. Room had opening windows and a controllable air conditioner. Shower had pressure and warm water. Our room (409) had windows toward the inner ward. The street was not busy while we stayed there. We didnt have breakfast in the hotel so don't know about that. Our stay did meet up our expectations and as far I looked into it hotel's info at Booking - it's nothing fancy but we got a comfortable and safe place with a good location for our stay in München with great value for the money.

At first glance B&B Hotel München appeared to be a non-descript hotel tucked down a little side road but actually turned out to be quite a gem. The location was excellent, 100m to the metro entrance and just two stops from the main railway station and three stops from Karlsplatz the main shopping area. There were a number of metro ticket variations but the 'short journey maximum 4 stops' ticket for 1.90 euro was a bargain. The walk from the hotel to the main railway station is 10-15 mins (no luggage) and passes a lot of restaurants, cafes and take-away food shops. For those driving there is plenty of on street parking outside the hotel (11 euros per day, pay at the parking machine - NEED coins) and the hotel also has onsite underground parking at 15 euros a day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, efficient and organised. There is also a facility for leaving luggage at reception if you arrive early or have to wait around post check out. There are plenty of restaurants around the hotel as well as a number of mini-markets. The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable and a good price considering the proximity to downtown. Overall this is a good hotel and recommended.

After a long hard search I found, what I think, was the best value for money hotel in Munich on this particular weekend (bank holiday - during Adele concerts). The staff, location, cleanliness and beds were all above any expectation of staying in what could be perceived the best of a bad bunch, comparing it to any high end hotels. The ease of getting to it from the main station and close proximity to the city centre made the experience all that more enjoyable. Apart from the praises above for the hotel itself, I need to mention the team who went over and above in making you feel welcome, being helpful, and just all round lovely people. It goes without saying - if you’re looking for a great hotel in Munich then look no further as you’ve found it!

Clean spacious room with comfy (including quality matress and pillow) although narrow beds. Clean and with full amenities (towels, linen, hair dresser etc.) provided WC and shower. Stylish and modern deco. Green policy applied (daily cleaning service is included) although daily change of linen is provided, if requested. Within easy walking distance for central train station (although there is a metro station nearby - Theresienwiese), Octoberfest grounds and Karlsplatz where the high pedestrian street begins and famous sights in close distance. Friendly, smiling and helpful staff available 24/7. Generally good value for money!

Close to the train station, there is also a metro station right around the corner. So you can easily get to and from the airport with and S-Bahn. The area is very diverse, you can find local or regional shops close by, so all your cravings can be met. Very comfy beds and nice water pressure. Depending on the hour and day, the selection for the breakfast is quite satisfactory. Would definitely stay here next time.
